Nana's Apple Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup unsalted melted butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 cups Nana's Apple Butter
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp salt

Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Mix melted butter and sugars. Add apple butter and vanilla and stir. Mix with wet ingredients, spoon into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.  

Glaze

• 6 tbs unsalted butter melted
• 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanills paste or 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbs milk

Pour glaze over warm cake and enjoy!
